How to make an omelet without butter in a frying pan? The recipe for this omelet is extremely simple and very quick to prepare. In addition, since in this case vegetable or any other oil is not used at all for frying, such a dish will also be incredibly useful and nutritious.

To make an omelet, you will need a minimum of ingredients, the main ones of which will be chicken eggs and milk. It is better to use fresh eggs, and milk can be of any fat content, which is more like it or is currently available in the refrigerator.

Since the process of mixing the products takes all a couple of minutes, it is first of all more reasonable to prepare a frying pan. The frying pan will need a small diameter (based on the number of products) and with a non-stick coating, since we will cook on it without oil. The frying pan must be put on the stove and reheated.

While the dishes are heating, take the eggs and carefully, so that the shell does not fall, break them into a small bowl or a deep plate. Next, pour a little cold milk and whisk it all with a whisk or a tablespoon. It is not necessary to beat the eggs strongly, you do not need to use a mixer. For an omelet, you do not need a lush foam of eggs, you just need to mix the egg whites and yolks, as well as milk to a homogeneous liquid consistency.

Then add salt and ground black pepper to taste and mix again. And immediately pour into a hot frying pan. Reduce the heat under the pan to a minimum and cover the omelet with a lid. In this form, fry the eggs for 12-15 minutes exactly until the middle of the omelet ceases to be liquid. A weak fire is needed here so that the dish is evenly baked from all sides.

Roll the finished omelet in half with a spatula and put it on a plate. For appetitiousness, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs and serve to the table.

Bon appetit!

Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which is better not to use at all, read here .

Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .

How do I know if an egg is fresh? Break it into a separate container. First of all, there should be no unpleasant smell. The protein of fresh eggs will be transparent and clean. The yolk should not spread and will be shiny, convex, homogeneous.
