1. A piece of beef is washed under running water. Dry with paper towels, then cut into cubes. If there is fat, it is better to trim it. The prepared meat is passed through a meat grinder.

2. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds, remove the peduncle. Wash thoroughly under running water. Then cut the pepper into medium cubes.

3. Peel the onion from the husk, cut into small cubes. Raisins are washed in cold water. Then pour the raisins with hot water, leave for 15 minutes. After the specified time, we drain the water, dry the raisins on paper towels.

4. Put the butter in a frying pan, send it to medium heat. When the butter melts, put the pepper and onion in it.

5. Fry the bell pepper and onion in butter until the onion becomes transparent and the pepper is soft. Approximately 7 minutes.

6. We put ground beef in a frying pan, salt and pepper to taste. Fry stirring for 5-7 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.

7. Swiss cheese is cut into thin slices. We spread the strips of cheese on the tortillas. Then spread the minced meat with vegetables, sprinkle with raisins. Wrap the tortillas with an envelope.

8. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, send it to the fire. When the oil warms up, we put the blanks in the pan. Fry until golden brown. It will take about 5 minutes on each side.
