Diet tortillas with cottage cheese oatmeal

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. For the tortillas, mash the banana into a puree and mix together the banana puree, egg, milk and oat flour. If the latter is not present, crush the oat flakes in a convenient way for you.
2. Spreading the dough on a dry frying pan with a spoon, fry the tortillas on both sides.
3. For the cream, mix the cottage cheese (you can pass it through a sieve), honey and yogurt.
4. Lay out a stack of tortillas, shifting cream and berries.
