French style meat without potatoes in the oven

Simple, fast, satisfying homemade dish! The meat turns out very juicy! A rescue dish! I doubt very much that this is a French dish, but there are probably some French roots. If there is good pork, it is not a problem to cook a quick dinner - such meat can be served on a festive table, you can add not only mushrooms, but also other vegetables and even fruits: sweet peppers, green peas, pears, pineapple - it will be even more festive and unusual.

A great dish that will go well on the festive table!
1. First fry the mushrooms in oil, cut into slices.
2. Cut the meat into pieces and chop it off. Lightly season it with salt and pepper.
3. Place the toasted mushrooms, chopped onion and tomato slices on the meat.
4. Cover everything with grated cheese and cover everything with mayonnaise.
5. Bake in a heated oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce the heat to 170-160 degrees and bake until ready for another 5-10 minutes.
