Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

Pour the unpeeled peanuts into a large dry frying pan with a thick bottom (you can use a cast-iron frying pan), without adding any fat or oil.

Put the pan with peanuts on medium heat, heat and then reduce the heat. Then fry the nuts for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. At the same time, it is necessary to mix the nuts all the time with a spatula or spoon so that they are burnt and evenly fried on all sides. Peanuts burn very quickly if they are not disturbed. As soon as the peel of the nut begins to move away, and the peanuts begin to emit a characteristic crackling in the pan - this means that the peanuts are ready and can be removed from the stove.

Next, after the nuts are fried to the desired state, remove the pan with them from the fire and cool to room temperature. Then, taking a small portion of peanuts in your hands, rub them with your fingers, exfoliating the peel from the nuts and peeling them in such a simple way. Despite the apparent ease of cleaning nuts, this method takes quite a long time - 15-20 minutes. However, at the same time it requires no additional kitchen units. Put the peeled nuts back into the pan again.

Next, you should prepare a special salty solution for nuts. To do this, dissolve the salt in a small amount of clean drinking water. The water can be preheated a little so that the salt dissolves better.

Put the already fried and peeled peanuts on a small fire again and cover it with a salty solution. After that, mix well together so that the salty additive is evenly distributed. As soon as the liquid evaporates, you can remove the pan from the heat.

Ready-fried peanuts with salt to cool and can be served on the table. This is a great beer snack!

Bon appetit!
