This cooking recipe is designed for lovers of exotic Vietnamese cuisine. Some dishes of this country, of course, may seem strange to a European, but this food is quite acceptable for European standards. I recommend to try it.
Let's start the cooking process by putting the washed and dried shrimp on wooden sticks. Sprinkle the shrimp with pepper and a little salt.
Now peel the mango and cut off large pieces from the fruit.
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and place mango slices in the pan. You need to put the flat side of the piece. Fry the mango on one side until a crust forms for 2-3 minutes and you can take it out on a plate. Now, put the shrimp sticks on the same pan and fry them on all sides for 4-5 minutes. The sticks will be very convenient to use in order to turn the shrimp in a frying pan. When the prawns are fried, put the shrimp sticks directly on the mango. Now you can lightly pour olive oil over everything and decorate the dish with green onions and lemon. Prawns with black pepper and toasted mango are ready.
