How to make chicken chops with mushrooms and cheese? Wash the chicken breast, dry it with a paper towel. Cut in half lengthwise.

Wrap with cling film and lightly beat off. If there are uneven parts or small ones (trimmings), then you can put them all on the food film overlapping each other, cover with a film and also slightly beat off. So they will fasten together into a whole piece. Add salt.

Wash the mushrooms, cut them.

Peel the onion, cut it too.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with onions, add a little salt and pepper.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the beaten fillet. Brush with sour cream. Put the fried mushrooms with onions. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Place a baking sheet with chicken chops in a preheated 180 gr. oven for 20 minutes.

Buy fresh medium-sized mushrooms, snow-white color without spots, damage, rot smell. They should not be slippery to the touch. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
