If the mushrooms are fresh, then we wash them thoroughly, cut the large caps into cubes or straws, boil in salted water for 20 minutes, drain the water, rinse the mushrooms again.

    Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Pour olive oil into the pan, you can use vegetable oil. We heat it up, fry the onion until transparent.

    Then put the cooked chicken meat in the pan with the mushrooms. Stir and fry until the chicken meat turns white. Add spices: salt and ground black pepper, if desired, you can add some more seasoning. We keep the chicken with mushrooms on the fire for another 10 minutes.

    Pour cream into a frying pan with chicken and mushrooms, mix. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer on the fire for about 10 minutes. In a glass of cold water, stir a tablespoon of flour until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour it into the pan, mix. Turn off the fire, let the dish stand under the lid for 15 minutes. Those who like such dishes to taste more delicious can add a garlic clove passed through the press at this stage.
