Pancakes: Break 5 eggs in a bowl, add salt, add flour and mix. After that, add milk – then there will be no lumps in the dough. Pour vegetable oil into the finished dough. I fry pancakes in two frying pans at once. It turns out faster! I wrap cherry berries in cooled pancakes (I preserve cherries in my own juice myself). I take sour cream or 15% or 25% fat content so that it is not too liquid. I whisk sour cream with sugar – and the cream is ready. The resulting pancake-cherry tubes are placed on a plate in layers, and each layer is watered with sour cream. My "Gugutse Hat" is growing layer by layer! I sprinkle chocolate chips on top – for beauty. Children really like not only to eat this food, but they are happy and enthusiastic to help wrap cherries and collect the "Gugutse Hat" itself. Try it and you! You will have a family masterpiece!
