Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h 25 min

1. Each piece of pork with a bone should be salted, sprinkled with dry spices to your taste. Rub the spices and salt into the meat with your hands, then fold it into a suitable-sized container, preferably not plastic.

2. Pour beer over the meat, let it marinate for 2-3 hours.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of meat in it on both sides until golden brown (literally 5 minutes on one side and 5 on the other).

4. Grease the baking dish with butter and put the fried meat in it.

5. Put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake the meat for 1 hour.
