Lavash in batter with filling

    Cut the pita bread into small squares. Put a little of the resulting mushroom filling on a piece of pita bread. Tuck the pita bread on the sides and roll it up.

    In this way, wrap the whole filling in pieces of pita bread.

    For the batter, combine the egg and sour cream. Add flour and mix. In order to bring the batter to the desired consistency, add a little water. Literally a tablespoon at a time. The batter should be about the same consistency as the dough for pancakes. Dip all the envelopes into the resulting batter.

    Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Put the envelopes in the batter in the pan seam down. Fry them for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
