Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the specified ingredients. The very first step is to prepare a yeast dough. Pour dry yeast into warm milk (no more than 55 degrees), mix and leave for a few minutes while the rest of the ingredients are mixed so that the yeast is slightly activated. A "cap" should appear on the surface.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In a deep bowl, break two raw eggs, add sugar and beat them with a mixer or whisk into a light fluffy mass.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Melt and cool the butter. Add sifted flour, a pinch of salt and cooled butter to the beaten eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Pour the yeast with milk into the prepared mass. Knead the dough. It turns out thick, but stringy, just like the dough for pancakes.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a damp towel and put it in a warm place for 45 minutes. During this time, the dough for pancakes with apples should increase by 2-3 times.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Apples for pancakes are better to choose sweet and not hard. I took simple seasonal apples. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into rings. Or first cut into rings, and then remove the core with a knife. Pour sugar into a flat bowl.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Heat the frying pan over medium heat and pour in some of the vegetable oil. Dip the apple circle first in sugar, and then in the dough and put it in a frying pan not too close to each other. Fry pancakes with apples first for a few minutes on one side until ruddy, then gently turn over and on the other side until ready (ready pancakes should not have raw edges). So fry all the pancakes, adding vegetable oil to the pan if necessary.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Ready-made pancakes with apples to serve immediately, they are also good in a warm and cooled form. Pancakes can be served with a glass of milk or tea, as well as honey, jam or sour cream.

Pancakes with apples turned out very tasty. Due to the fact that the apple is inside without a skin, it just melts in your mouth. Of course, apples should not be chosen too hard and sour. These pancakes will appeal to the whole family, especially the children, they really liked them.
The only thing is, next time I would try to reduce the amount of yeast, for my taste they are very noticeable in ready-made pancakes.
