To make creamy minced chicken cutlets without eggs, I always buy ready-made minced chicken and some chicken legs. I cook broth from the paws, and mince with bread soaked in a quarter of a glass, I scroll through a meat grinder. I add the rest of the milk and butter to the minced meat, mold the cutlets and cook them for a quarter of an hour in broth. I count down fifteen minutes from the moment when the broth boiled and I reduced the heat to moderate. There are a lot of recipes for chicken food and I often cook for many of them, but this one has become one of my favorites ever since I heard it on the radio in one of the cooking programs in the break between advertising and music. The most delicate taste and amazing simplicity in cooking make creamy minced chicken cutlets indispensable when you need to cook lunch quickly. As you know, boiled meat is better absorbed by the stomach and does not allow extra grams to be deposited, which grows into kilograms, so those who lose weight can take note of it. I usually serve this culinary miracle with a salad of boiled beetroot and millet porridge and pour ketchup liberally. And it's even better to wash down juicy minced chicken cutlets with tomato juice from a three-liter jar. If the family is gathered at the dinner table, the juice will run out very soon, but the cutlets are even faster. Therefore, it is better to prepare a double portion for a large company, of course, if no other meat dishes are expected to the table.
