Salad with potato pie and chicken

Delicious hearty salad, supplemented with potato pie. I suggest you try the original salad, supplemented with deep-fried finely chopped potatoes. Potatoes turn out like chips - crispy and delicious. Everything looks impressive together. I lay out the salad in layers, but it is not necessary to do this, the main thing is not to add potato pie to the salad if it is not planned to be served immediately. The salad itself is very satisfying and harmonious, can act as an independent dish.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or in a deep frying pan. Put the prepared potatoes in hot oil, fry them until tender. Ready-made potatoes should be spread on paper napkins to get rid of excess fat.

    If the salad is being prepared for serving immediately, then put the fried potatoes on the chopped ingredients and serve immediately. If the salad has to stand, then I recommend not adding potatoes to the salad yet, otherwise it will become soft and lose all its charm.

Potato pie is peeled and sliced potatoes, fried in a large amount of vegetable oil. If French fries are also deep-fried, then the difference between them is only in the method of slicing: the potato pie is cut very thinly. Of course, such a cooking method can hardly be attributed to healthy nutrition, but sometimes you can treat yourself to such crispy potatoes.
