    How to make chicken fillet with tomatoes and cheese in a frying pan? Measure and prepare all the ingredients. Our chicken breast is skinless and boneless, chilled. Tomatoes are ripe, fragrant and juicy. You can take any semi-hard cheese, but the most delicate mozzarella is ideal here.

    Wash the chicken breasts under running water and blot them with paper towels so that they are fried in the future, and not stewed. Brush the chicken on all sides with olive oil.

    Rub the breasts with salt, hot ground pepper and dried Italian herbs. I have this: oregano, basil and rosemary. You can also use dried garlic for flavor.

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Then reduce the heat to medium and pour a little extra virgin olive oil into the pan. Put the chicken breasts in the pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown for 5 minutes.

    During this time, you need to cut the mozzarella into circles about 5 millimeters high. You can't spoil chicken with cheese! It remains only to wait until the cheese melts. Once this has happened, pierce the breasts with a toothpick in the thickest part. If the juice comes out clear, the chicken is ready. If pinkish, you can cover the pan with a lid and hold the dish for a couple more minutes.

    Decorate the chicken breasts with tomatoes, cut into rings, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Despite the fact that the dish is quite simple, it looks very elegant. Chicken breast turns out soft and juicy. Mozzarella adds the most delicate creamy note. Therefore, everything together with tomato, herbs and a drop of balsamic - just lick your fingers!

For this recipe, it is better to take not frozen, but fresh meat, otherwise the finished meat risks getting dry.

Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
