You can take sunflower, corn or olive oil. Then the meatballs are stewed in tomato sauce. For the sauce, you can take the purchased tomato paste or homemade. To make the sauce fragrant, it can be enriched with herbs and spices to taste.

You can cook a lot of delicious dishes from turkey. Turkey is rightfully considered one of the most high-quality and healthy types of dietary poultry meat. It contains a lot of trace elements necessary for humans, vitamins A and E. A distinctive feature of turkey is that it has very little cholesterol. This means that the meat is well digested and easily digested. And in terms of iron content, turkey is significantly superior to chicken meat.

One of the ways to prepare such a useful product is tender and juicy meatballs.

1. Turkey fillet is washed under running water, dried. Then we cut the meat into pieces.

2. Onions are peeled from the husk, cut into a couple of pieces.

3. Chop the turkey together with the onion using a meat grinder.

4. My parsley, cut with a knife finely. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press.

5. Break an egg into minced meat, add garlic and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste, mix.

6. We form small round-shaped meatballs from minced meat.

7. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, send it to the fire. When the oil warms up, fry the meatballs on it on both sides until a golden crust forms.

8. Tomato paste is diluted with water, you need to take about 200-300 ml of water. Mix thoroughly.

9. Add sugar to the sauce, salt and season with ground black pepper to taste. Enrich with dried chopped basil.

10. Pour the resulting sauce into a saucepan, send it to the fire. As soon as the sauce boils, we put the meatballs in it, cover it with a lid.

11. Stew the meatballs for 20 minutes.

Serve hot on the table with any side dish to taste.
