    Fry for a few minutes. Add a stick of cinnamon and star anise, lemon juice and sugar, mix and simmer until the apples are soft (7 minutes). If the mixture turned out to be too liquid, then add a little starch diluted with water (I didn't need it). We leave the filling to cool.

    We put the filling on each pancake and wrap it with an envelope. Ready pancakes are fried in butter until crisp (optional), sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon. Pancakes are ready! Bon appetit!
