Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Chicken fillet, pre-washed and dried, cut into medium-sized cubes. We put the meat in a bowl, pour rice wine, mix and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

2. While the meat is marinating, we prepare the batter, for which we mix all the ingredients until smooth. We put the fillet cubes into the batter and mix so that the dough is evenly distributed over the surface of the meat.

3. Prepare sweet and sour sauce, mixing all the ingredients also until smooth.

4. Peel the garlic from the husk and finely chop it. Bulgarian pepper of green and red color is washed, we remove the peduncle, we clean it from seeds. Cut the pepper into squares. The washed tomato is cut into quarters. Cut the green onion into long pieces, chop the leek into pieces.

5. In a wok pan, heat the vegetable oil well, spread the fillets in batter and fry them until cooked, stirring. We transfer the finished meat to a dish covered with paper napkins so that excess fat is absorbed.

6. Drain the oil from the wok pan, leaving only about 2 tablespoons of oil at the bottom. Put garlic in a frying pan, fry it to a light brown shade, stirring, then add Bulgarian pepper. We cook it until the aroma of pepper begins to be clearly felt.

7. Add sweet and sour sauce to the wok, bring to a boil. We put the tomato and fried chicken in a frying pan, mix everything together for a few seconds and immediately serve it on the table. Decorate with chopped green onions.

Bon appetit!
