In addition, the filling is prepared very quickly, because the boots are filled with raw minced meat, it does not need to be pre-fried. This reduces the cooking time, which can undoubtedly be considered a big plus. Minced meat can be taken ready-made, purchased. But cooked at home is out of competition! For cooking, you will need a heat-resistant mold, preferably with a suitable lid.

Cooking method

1. Pour the water into a saucepan (about 2-2.5 liters), send it to the fire. Bring the water to a boil. Salt.

2. Put the macaroni boots in boiling water, cook for seven minutes.

3. Then we throw them into a colander. If the pasta is boiled an hour or several hours before cooking, then they should be covered with foil so that the pasta does not dry out.

4. Pork is washed, and then dried with paper towels. Cut the pork pulp into cubes. The size of the cubes is not important. After passing the meat through a meat grinder.

5. In the resulting minced meat, add a tablespoon of water, mix. It is best to mix the minced meat with your hand, wearing a disposable hygienic glove.

6. Cut the ham into small cubes. We spread the ham to the minced meat.

7. Green onions are washed under running water, dried. Chop the onion finely.

8. Here we also add cream (half a serving), chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Season with dried basil and oregano. Re-mix.

9. We fill the macaroni boots with stuffing. We put it in a greased heat-resistant form. Pour the remaining cream.

10. Cover the mold with a lid. We send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

11. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Then remove the lid, let the dish brown for 10 minutes.

Serve immediately after cooking. If desired, you can sprinkle the dish with chopped green onions. You can also serve it with a salad of fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables.
