But it's still better to do it, it will significantly shorten the cooking process and allow you to cook a delicious and healthy dish. Put the honey mushrooms in a saucepan, pour water and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes from the moment the water boils. Drain the water, throw the mushrooms into a colander so that the liquid runs well.

    Peel the onion and cut it into rings or cubes with a knife. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the honeydew on the heated vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Mushrooms should get a ruddy crust. We introduce chopped onions into the frying pan to the honeydew. Mix the ingredients and fry over low heat until the onion is soft and transparent.

    Then put sour cream in a frying pan with mushrooms, pour a small amount of water, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to slow and simmer for about 10 minutes.

    . Then we put a tablespoon of flour in the broth and mix it quickly with a spatula so that the flour does not gather into lumps. Simmer the honey mushrooms in sour cream sauce for about 15 minutes. Turn off the fire. Leave the dish under the lid for about 15 minutes. Then we serve it to the table as an independent dish or with a side dish to taste: potatoes, cereals or pasta. Bon appetit!
