    Cut cucumbers, bell peppers, chicken and dried tomatoes into strips.

    Season the salad with three tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of 6% vinegar.

    I used walnuts to decorate the salad, but this is not necessary.

I really like salads for dinner. Firstly, it does not load the stomach at night, secondly, they are quickly cooked, and thirdly, it is useful.
In this case, I like the combination of chicken, it can be replaced by turkey, and lettuce leaves, and adding such a highlight as dried tomatoes will give juiciness to the dish, not to mention cucumbers and sweet pepper.
I cut the chicken into chops, wash it, dry it with a napkin and put it on a heated grill pan, fry each side for 1-1.5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chop. The chicken can be boiled, but I like it on the grill plus a beautiful pattern.
I cut all the ingredients into strips, it seems so much tastier. In turn, putting it in a deep plate with already laid out lettuce leaves. Cucumbers, peppers, chicken, tomatoes.
Seasoned with oil and vinegar. By the way, vegetable oil and vinegar can be mixed in advance in a separate container.
Salt and pepper are added to taste.
At the expense of decoration: nuts or flax seeds are perfect. Also, for lovers, you can add onions, it gives piquancy to the salad.
If a salad is served as a dinner, then nothing else is required for it, it is quite satisfying.
And if you are looking for a recipe for a festive table, or a romantic dinner, then this is also a great option, dried tomatoes add color to the dish. It is perfect as a cold snack in combination with other light snacks and salads.
