    Step 2.

Put a deep frying pan on the fire, put butter. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it together with finely chopped onions. Cut the cabbage into narrow strips, rinse it, put it in a colander so that it dries out. Put the cabbage in the pan with the bacon and onion. To make the cabbage more juicy, instead of water, you can add a little meat broth to the pan. Put cumin, add salt. Leave to simmer for 40 minutes, stir.

    Step 3.

When the cabbage becomes soft, it is necessary to sprinkle it with flour and add sugar. Heat the vinegar over the fire, and as soon as it boils, sprinkle the cabbage with it. Beat an egg into the crumpled potatoes, pour in the sifted flour and add salt to taste. You can also add a piece of butter to give the dough a creamy taste. Knead everything quickly, we get a thick dough. Adjust the amount of flour as you go - you need to put it so much that you can mold balls from the dough.

  6. Step 6:

The main thing is that the minced meat turns out to be viscous and not liquid. Take a small amount of mashed potatoes and form a flatbread from it. Put a ball of minced meat in the middle of the tortilla. Pinch the edges. Use all the mashed potatoes and all the minced meat.
