Serbian pleskavica

Juicy, fragrant, meat cutlet for meat eaters! Pleskavitsa is a very appetizing round-shaped meat patty. It is prepared exclusively from meat, onions and spices. There shouldn't be anything else in it. It is cooked either on a grill or, in the absence of one, simply on a hot frying pan. This dish is very fond of meat eaters. Try to cook it and you! I share with you the recipe for its preparation. Very tasty!
