All the components of the future dish are laid out in separate bowls.

Now fry the bacon. It seems that there is nothing easier, but nevertheless, you also need to be able to do it. Knowing some nuances, it really won't be difficult to cook bacon properly. Perfectly fried bacon can be added to a variety of dishes - salads, snacks, second and first courses, pastries. And it will always be delicious and fragrant.

Bacon is fried in a large frying pan - it is necessary that the slices fit on it entirely, without twisting. We put bacon plates in a frying pan, and it should be cold. We put the frying pan on medium heat, while the bacon begins to sizzle and soon becomes transparent. It is important not to move the bacon until it begins to move freely when moving the pan. Turn the bacon to the other side and cook in the same way. If the bacon is cut thinly, the cooking process takes 10 minutes. Thicker slices can take longer to cook - about 15 minutes.

When the bacon stops sizzling and is covered with a crispy crust, take it out of the pan and put it on a layer of paper towels so that they absorb excess fat. when the bacon cools down, cut it into small pieces. For now, we set them aside.

Don't wash the pan, but drain the fat left after frying the bacon. It is necessary to leave about one tablespoon of fat in the pan. In a bowl, break the eggs, mix them with cream, salt and a pinch of white pepper. At this time, we return the pan to the stove, heating medium. We put the butter in the pan, wait for it to melt.

Put the eggs in a well-heated frying pan and fry them, sometimes stirring, scraping them with a wooden spatula. It is desirable that the eggs are not too browned. And you need to make sure that they don't burn and stick to the bottom of the pan.

The scrambled eggs are almost ready. Add the parmesan and chopped bacon to the pan, mix everything and cook for a couple more minutes. Remove the frying pan from the fire, lay out the fried eggs on serving plates, decorate it with chopped green onions on top.
