Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

Before preparing the salad, we will prepare all the ingredients according to the list. Tomatoes are washed, wiped with a towel and cut into halves or quarters, depending on the size. Washed and dried Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds and stalks, cut into large pieces. Peel the onion from the husk, cut into large cubes. Combine tomatoes, onions and peppers together in a large salad bowl.

In a separate small bowl, mix olive oil and lemon juice (squeeze from lemon). Add finely chopped basil leaves, as well as one clove of garlic, which must first be peeled from the husk and grated on the smallest grater. Pour balsamic vinegar and mix everything well. Now we fill the vegetables in the salad bowl with the resulting mixture, mix and leave for now.

Hunting sausages are cut into large pieces lengthwise. Peel the remaining clove of garlic and cut it into cubes. Heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat, put the sliced sausages and fry them for 3-4 minutes, not forgetting to stir. Then add the garlic and fry, stirring, for another 2 minutes. We remove the garlic from the pan and throw it away - it has given all its flavor and is no longer needed.

Add fried hunting sausages to the salad bowl with pickled vegetables, put canned white beans and chopped fresh parsley in the same place. If necessary, salt. Mix everything carefully and arrange the salad on serving plates, if you plan to serve it warm. If the salad is served later in cold form, you can put it in the refrigerator right in the salad bowl.

Bon appetit!
