Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

1. Wash the grouse carcass, dry it and cut it in half.
2. Rub the grouse with salt and spices. Turn on the slow cooker, set the frying mode, pour vegetable oil and fry the grouse on both sides, until golden brown.
3. After roasting, pour sour cream and switch the slow cooker to quenching mode. We cook the meat on one side for twenty minutes, then open the slow cooker, turn the grouse on the other side and cook for another ten minutes. At the end of cooking, we put the grouse on a plate and serve it with fresh herbs and vegetables.
