This inexpensive black caviar has managed to fall in love with many, including me. Halibut caviar is delicious not only on traditional sandwiches, but also in numerous snacks. Cooking amazing halibut caviar in cheese and butter cream on tartlets was taught to me by a friend whose incomparable sandwiches were included among our mutual friends in the saying and her phone rarely stops from the influx of those who want to ask her for another culinary recipe.

First, I make a homogeneous mass of freshly squeezed lemon juice and Amber cheese in a blender. The next step is to beat half a cup of cream with a mixer, add caviar there and mix both mixtures in a blender at minimum speed. Then everything is very simple: I take a spoon and put the mass into each tartlet. You can decorate with small pieces of lemon and herbs, or you can not do this, because by themselves, black eggs on the background of buttercream give the food a noble and refined look. You can cook this dish in small buns.
