Hasty cookies in a frying pan

Try to make a simple cookie in a hurry! My grandmother treated me to such cookies, I still keep these pleasant memories in my heart. Sometimes I bake myself when there is a minimum of food at hand. I share the recipe, maybe someone else will want to try it. You can serve it with tea and coffee, but most of all I like it with milk or cocoa)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Put the egg yolk in a bowl, pour sugar, salt, add sour cream, mix.

2. Pour vegetable oil, beat the mass with a whisk.

3. Sift the flour together with baking powder, knead the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands, it is soft, easy to work with.

4. Roll the dough into a sausage, cut it into pieces, then roll the pieces into tortillas (I use a textured rolling pin to get a relief surface).

5. Bake cookies in a dry frying pan (without adding oil) on both sides until a beautiful blush (this is about 3 minutes on each side).

Very tasty with milk or cocoa)
