For the pastry dough, you need to prepare a sourdough. It is desirable that the products are at room temperature, and the butter is soft.

1. In warm milk, add yeast, sugar 1 tbsp. l. and sifted flour. The dough should be as thick as sour cream. Leave the dough in a warm place and cover with a towel.

2. As bubbles began to appear on the sponge, add the remaining ingredients: eggs, vanilla sugar, butter, salt and sifted flour.
Everything is thoroughly kneaded, the dough should become homogeneous without lumps.

3. We leave it in a bowl on the rise, cover it with a towel and wait. The dough should come up 2 times, after that we begin to form our pies.

5. Shake off excess flour from the pies and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
