Chopped chicken fillet cutlets with cheese

Chicken cutlets with cheese and herbs - you'll lick your fingers! My son has long asked me to cook something like McDonald's nuggets. I made these cutlets. This, of course, is not exactly the same, but no less delicious. Their secret is that the meat is not scrolled in a meat grinder, but is crushed manually with a knife. The cutlets are very juicy and soft.
