Miracle on kefir

Cook delicious tortillas with stuffing - it's delicious! Miracle is a Caucasian dish. They are a success in our family, especially I like to cook them on the road - convenient, satisfying and delicious. And cooking is not difficult and fast at all. The dough on kefir turns out softer and more tender than on water. Try it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

1. Pour kefir into a deep bowl.

2. Sift two-thirds of the flour, add soda and salt. Stir and pour the mixture into the kefir.

3. Mix again, and then put the resulting viscous mass on the table. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Gradually add the rest of the flour. No need to make the dough too steep.

4. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and leave it to lie down for half an hour.

5. While the dough is lying, prepare the filling by mixing mashed potatoes with cheese. Taste the filling and add salt if necessary.

6. Divide the dough into 12 parts, form a bun from each, and then roll out thinly into a circle.

7. Put the filling on half of each circle, then cover with the other side, fasten the edges. Cut off the excess dough at the edges evenly.

8. Cook the miracle in a dry frying pan (without adding oil) on both sides until golden.

9. Lubricate the finished tortillas with butter and serve them hot with sour cream.
