Cooking method

Pour warm water into a deep bowl, pour yeast, add flour and salt, knead the dough. The finished dough is placed in a bowl, covered with a towel and sent to the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, we put the cottage cheese in a separate container. Green onions are washed, dried, finely chopped, add to the cottage cheese. Mix the filling, break the egg to it, pour sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir again.

Knead the dough, divide it into equal pieces (into small balls). Each piece is rolled out thinly into a circle, on one side of which we spread the filling. Then cover with the other side, pinch the edges tightly.

Fry the miracle in a dry frying pan (the first time we lubricate it with butter a little, and the next times - not) on both sides.

Ready-made miracle is liberally lubricated with melted butter on both sides.

Everything, cut the miracle in half (or as you like) and serve it on the table! How appetizing they look!
