Grandmother's leaves - comfort in the kitchen, warmth in the heart! Nalistniki with cottage cheese is one of the dishes remembered from childhood. Prepare these pancakes - it's very, very tasty and cozy! My grandmother and mother cooked for my brother and me, and now I'm cooking this delicacy for my children.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

We will prepare two dishes: in one we will mix flour with starch, in the other we will beat eggs (4 pcs) with milk. Mix the dry and liquid masses together. Lumps in the dough are unacceptable, so mix the mixture well with a mixer (or blender).

We stick a piece of fat on the fork and grease the pan with it. In this way, fry all the pancakes until they are ruddy.

Cottage cheese is mixed with sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar (so that the filling is homogeneous, it can be whipped with a blender). In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy and gently introduce them into the curd mass.

We spread the resulting filling along the edge of each pancake and, slightly turning up the top and bottom, wrap it with a roll.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the baking sheet with butter, spread the pancakes, spread the pieces of butter on top of the pancakes and bake for about 15 minutes.

Let the pancakes cool and serve.

Bon appetit!
