First take pickled or pickled cucumbers, as you like. Remove them from the brine. Dry and cut into small cubes. After that, take the onion. Peel it and cut it into cubes too. Put it in a colander and pour boiling water over it. So it will not be too bitter. Put the onion and cucumbers in one bowl.

Wash the sweet bell pepper. You can take both yellow and red. Peel it from the seeds and cut it into cubes. Put it in the salad bowl too. Take smoked mackerel. Peel off the skin and bones and cut it into pieces.

Add the fish to the bowl with the future salad. Add salt to the ingredients. Add a little mustard. Mix thoroughly and season with mayonnaise. This salad with smoked mackerel will decorate any table where there is a festive meal. Decorate it with herbs, for example, a sprig of parsley. Bon appetit!
