Royal Caviar Sandwich

Do you want to have a royal breakfast? Go ahead! A month ago, my parents celebrated a silver wedding. Many relatives and family friends were expected. On me, as usual, was the preparation of snacks and light meals. I wanted to surprise and please my loved ones with something new and emphasizing the occasion of the celebration. I stumbled upon this culinary dish by chance, on the Internet. In the future, we all became convinced that it is rightfully called the "Royal Sandwich". The number of products is selected depending on how many servings you are going to cook. At the same time, do not forget about the "question price", because these products are not cheap. For example, I did not dare to "rob" the total family budget for the amount necessary to buy caviar. I had to look for a replacement. I was rescued by an imitation of seaweed, which looks very similar to black caviar.

I used a round loaf here. Cut it into slices of acceptable thickness. Lubricate each piece with mayonnaise or butter, and put a piece of smoked salmon fillet on top. On top of the salmon we put a little caviar, red and black, placing it harmoniously, decorating the sandwich.
