Original and delicious breakfast - try it. I love garlic, so I decided to add it to the usual recipe for cheesecakes. I liked the result very much, delicious and gentle. It somewhat resembles a grilled cheese appetizer.

    Next, form small balls from the resulting mixture (do it better with wet hands) and form pancakes. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.

You can experiment with flour, if you add more flour + soda with vinegar (or baking powder), then you get fluffy pancakes, if less, then you get something similar to fried cheese, the more flour is added, the less vegetable oil is needed for frying.
