Very quickly prepare an unusual dish for dinner - caviar cutlets! Very tasty, healthy and nutritious cutlets. My family appreciated it - now I cook them from time to time, the good thing is that capelin caviar is easy to find and it costs quite inexpensive. Cooking is quick and easy!

Cooking method

1. Put capelin caviar in a bowl.
2. Break an egg to the caviar.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Add flour and mix everything thoroughly.
5. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
6. Moisten your hands with water and form small patties from the resulting dough, put them in hot oil.
7. Fry the cutlets for 2 minutes on each side (until an appetizing crust).

Serve the cutlets with thick cream or sour cream. Or with your favorite side dish, for example, mashed potatoes will do well.
