Delicious and healthy pancakes - cook for breakfast, please the family! Lately I always add corn flour to the dough for pancakes or pancakes. It seems to me that this way it turns out much tastier, and what is more useful - I don't even doubt it. I recommend it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. Pour milk and water into a small saucepan, add a pinch of salt to this mixture, bring to a boil.
2. As the liquid boils, pour a trickle of corn flour (or sift it through a small sieve directly into the pan), stirring at this time.
3. Cook for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid. The resulting mass should swell. Let it cool completely.
4. Break the eggs into the brewed flour, add kefir, mix everything thoroughly.
5. Sift wheat flour, mix it with sugar. Add the resulting mixture to the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. It is necessary that there are no lumps.
6. Wash the apple, peel, cut in half, cut out the core. Grate the apple on a coarse grater.
7. Soda must be extinguished with vinegar, pour it into the dough. Add grated apples to the same place. Mix everything well.
8. Pour in the vegetable oil, stirring. If the dough is too thin, you can add a little more flour. The dough should be the consistency of thick sour cream.
9. Preheat the frying pan, fry the pancakes on both sides, spreading the dough with a tablespoon: one spoon - one pancake. You can fry both in a dry frying pan and on a greased with vegetable oil. On dry, they turn out less greasy.

Serve pancakes to the table hot with condensed milk, jam or sour cream.

Bon appetit!
