Mushroom gravy with chicken

Universal fragrant gravy for any side dishes. Gravy goes well with potatoes, pasta and other cereals. Changing the side dish and adding mushroom gravy each time we get a new and delicious dish.

    Put the mushrooms and carrots in a frying pan and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add oil if necessary.

    Return the chicken and onion to the pan with mushrooms. Mix it up.

    Salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour and mix thoroughly, frying everything in flour.

    Add water, chopped herbs, mix thoroughly, simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
