Honey cake is a very satisfying and delicious meal that is perfect for breakfast or dessert with tea. I once saw her cooking recipe on TV and since then I have been cooking regularly for my family.
First of all, we need to make the dough. To do this, put honey and salt in a bowl, pour half a glass of warm water and stir thoroughly. Then, without ceasing to stir, add the egg first, then the flour with baking powder and, finally, the sesame fried in a dry frying pan. The resulting mass needs to be kneaded into dough, rolled into a sausage, which is cut into pieces 3-4 cm in length. Roll out each piece into a small flatbread, which can be spread on a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
For the syrup, heat the sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved, and after slightly cooling it, dip the tortillas one by one. If at the same time the tortillas are slightly pressed, they will be more fully soaked in syrup and will become even tastier.
Thus, you will get a delicious dessert for tea, which can be used as a full breakfast. Just lick your fingers!
