Argentine Picnic

A real work of culinary art! I took this culinary recipe for myself from the program "Picnic". If you are going to nature and you want something new and original, if you are already tired of banal kebabs and sausages on a campfire, then the Argentine "Picnic" is just what you need. The dish is taken from Argentine cuisine. It's pretty fast, simple, and most importantly, the food turns out very tasty.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

We will cook steak and stewed meat with bananas from one piece of beef tenderloin. We cut beef for steak according to the number of portions, chop and marinate: mix the meat with vegetable oil, I recommend using olive oil, salt, pepper, I use a mixture of peppers for such cases, and add various spices of your choice and taste.

Put the marinated meat on the barbecue and fry until the steak is ready.

Cut the remaining meat into medium-sized cubes and pour it into a cauldron with hot vegetable oil. Add onion cut into rings, soy sauce, mix everything, salt, pepper to taste and add pre-peeled and chopped bananas there. You can add a variety of spices. It's on your imagination. We stew everything until the meat is ready.
As a side dish, we will make a salad. Cut all the vegetables into strips, mix, add canned green peas, salt and mix with olive oil. Decorate with parsley.
Enjoy your stay!
