Shrimp is an extremely useful and flexible product. It can be eaten as an independent dish, with a side dish, added to a salad. I will describe to you another recipe for cooking shrimp with potatoes in batter.
Divide the eggs into yolk and white. Add flour and water to the yolk and mix everything well. Wash and peel the shrimp. Beat the whites until foam forms. Sprinkle the shrimp with flour, dip in protein, then into the dough. Pinch each shrimp between potato circles, lower this structure into oil (boiling), fry until golden brown. Ready-made shrimp with potatoes put on a dish, decorate with herbs if desired. To give a richer taste, you can pour a little soy sauce, but without fanaticism, otherwise you can interrupt the taste of the dish itself.
This is a pretty quick and simple recipe, but very tasty! It can be cooked for dinner, but it is best to use it as a second course for lunch. It is not a dietary food, so I would not recommend this dish to those who are on a diet.
