Fried pita bread with egg and hard cheese

A very tasty and nutritious snack for any occasion! From different varieties of cheese, I liked lavash with cheese and lavash with suluguni more. Recently I visited the corporate party of the company where I work in a good bar-cafe. There, among other food, they served a very tasty snack: lavash with cheese and egg. Of course, when I got home, I found this recipe on the Internet and the next day I cooked it myself. All my family were delighted with this dish. Do you want to impress your loved ones or guests? So, we start by heating a frying pan and heating butter in it. Now we cut two connected pita bread leaves 15x15 centimeters. Now we take the double leaves of lavash alternately, dip them in slightly salted water and fry them in a frying pan on both sides. After that, we place a raw chicken egg on the center of the pita bread and distribute it over the entire surface. Fry for a minute. After that, sprinkle the lavash with grated cheese on a coarse grater, wait for it to melt a little, then turn the cheese down and fry for a minute. After that, we take out the pita bread, fold it in half with the filling inside. We do the same with all the pita bread. After that, we put them on a dish and serve them to the table.
