Here is another version of purely experimental food. If there is mayonnaise, then why not try to fry it. So we came up with a culinary recipe for the type of chocolate souffle with a creamy filling inside. So, the preparation of this dish will require all your care and attention from you. And, most importantly, dexterity. Pour the mayonnaise into a low bowl with a wide throat and put it in the freezer until completely frozen. In a small bowl, mix the egg whites with flour and corn starch. We don't beat it much, but we still need to try a little.
Take out the frozen mayonnaise and carefully remove the thin layer with a tablespoon, twisting it into a ball. We distill the ball into the dough to cover it evenly, and then roll it in breadcrumbs. On the stove we already have a pot with a preheated deep fryer. Remember that everything needs to be done very quickly so that the mayonnaise does not have time to melt. We send the mayonnaise ball into a deep fryer, and fry it from all sides until a golden brown hard crust appears. We take it out with a slotted spoon and immediately put it on plates.
We serve it on the table hot, poured with a "secret" sauce. However, I'll tell you the secret of the sauce here. One teaspoon of mayonnaise is mixed with ketchup. This is the norm of sauce for one serving of fried mayonnaise.
