Cooking method

1. Wash the bull's eggs, make a neat incision and remove the dense shell from them.
2. On the surface of each egg, make incisions with a mesh.
3. Prepare the marinade by mixing mustard, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
4. Coat the bull eggs with marinade, leave overnight in the refrigerator, wrapping the bowl with cling film.
5. Grill for 5 minutes on each side until crisp.
