Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min
To begin with, peel and grate half of the potatoes on a coarse grater, add salt and mix. Potatoes should give juice. The other half (2.5 pieces) should be cleaned and put to boil. After that, make a mashed potato from boiled potatoes.
You can take a ready-made minced meat or cook it yourself. I cook from ready-made minced meat. Cut the onion into small cubes, add to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Add to the minced meat any of your favorite spices, fresh herbs, mix.
Drain the juice from the grated potatoes. Mix raw potatoes, mashed potatoes, add chicken egg. This will be our "dough". You can add salt to taste and add pepper.
Take a piece of "dough" with wet hands, form a tortilla, put the minced meat in the center, then seal the cutlet.
Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and fry the cutlets over medium heat until cooked on both sides. Serve hot.
