Cooking method

Grate carrots on a coarse grater, cut onion into cubes (1 onion). Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes, stirring. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater.
Clean and wash the squid. Pour bread for 3 minutes, squeeze. Now, through the meat grinder, scroll through the squid, bread, carrot and onion toasting. Stir, add grated potatoes, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, favorite seasonings. Smack the minced meat on the table surface several times. If the minced meat is liquid, then mix breadcrumbs into it. Leave for 10 minutes.
Form cutlets with wet hands, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides in a frying pan heated with oil until ruddy.
Put the coarsely chopped onion (1 onion) on the bottom of the saucepan, pour 3 tablespoons of water, put the cutlets on top, close the lid and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Serve lean squid cutlets hot.
