Cod on onion-carrot pillow

Fast and very tasty. The fish turns out to be very tender and juicy. . I decided to cook cod from what I have and it turned out to be quite a decent dish.

Cut the onion into thin rings or half rings and fry until golden brown. Add grated carrots and finely (thinly) chopped parsley root on a coarse grater. Mix it up. While the vegetables are being fried over low heat, cut the cod cleaned of scales and insides into pieces about 2 cm thick and put it on top of the fried vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and cover with a lid. After 7-10 minutes, we turn the fish over with the vegetables. Salt. Simmer for another 7-10 minutes. That's it. The fish is ready). Bon appetit).
