The first step is to prepare the filling. We take butter, it should be soft. Crumble dill finely. Mix the butter, dill and half a lemon, divide into about 11 parts and put in the freezer.

We make cutlets: we lay out the minced meat (it's better on the hand, it's more convenient), put the butter in the middle, wrap it so that the butter is in the middle. We lower the cutlet into the batter, then into the crumbs of the loaf, form a "ball". Cook in preheated sunflower oil (I don't have a big saucepan, I fry there)
Put on a baking sheet and for 15 minutes in a preheated oven (180C)(I cover it with foil so that it steams).
