Azu potatoes with pork

Delicious dish for a hearty family dinner! I read the recipe a few years ago in some magazine. Now I cook this pork azu all the time, my family really likes it.

Cut the meat into small cubes, fry in a cauldron (I do it in a frying pan, then put it all in a saucepan) in vegetable oil until golden brown.
